Michalea has been a qualified social worker since 2001 – and has worked as a social worker for 11 years, a first line manager for 8 years and currently as a Head of Service for Children Looked After. Michaela pioneered Crescendo’s small changes methodology as a Practice Supervisor whilst working across two teams.
