Ryan is a qualified social worker of 8 years and systemic family therapy practitioner. He has valuable experience training students, newly qualified staff, and developing excellent social work practice. He was previously at the Social Care Institute for Excellence (SCIE) where he was responsible for the delivery of SCIE’s contracted work in relation to children’s social care.
